Feeling bored, so I'm doing this as a little project. Also, hopefully it inspires me to get fit, 2 birds with 1 stone?
IMHO, one of the greatest challenges to dietting and fitness is short term memory and selective memory, where you don't really keep track of what wrong things you do, but you remember vividly all the deprivations, and then you just lose motivation, saying "I tried so hard but got no results", when in fact you didn't try hard at all.
Let's see how this goes.

1pm: Lunch: Ramen
5:30pm: purple rice yogurt drink
5:37pm: 10 pushups
5:44pm: 10 pushups
5:48pm: weight: 127.2kg, 45.8% body fat. holy shit.
6:30pm: purple rice yogurt drink
6:40pm: Buta Don
12:49pm: Oyako Don

OK, I can see why the heavy weight... this isn't even a "bad" day, on average. :O I'm probably lucky I'm not 200kg...
